ABOUT THE BLOG
I started writing Justin Says Words in April 2010. Since then, it has received over 10,000 hits from 21 different countries according to Google Analytics.
The blog doesn't really have a set definition. Sometimes I feel like putting short stories on it. Other times, I link funny stuff I find in the internet to it or just embed a YouTube video and call it a day. I'm still experimenting with what I want it to be going forward. So thanks for hanging with me.
ABOUT THE BLOG WRITING PERSON
My name is Justin. Despite assurances to the contrary, when I was a kid I once forgot how to ride a bicycle and had to learn again.
I also like to write, and hear myself talk, and laugh at my own inside jokes. I grew up in Oregon but I currently live in Iowa.
ABOUT THE WILD GOAT CAPRA AEGAGRUS
The Bezoar Ibex (Capra aegagrus aegagrus) is a vulnerable wild goat, native to Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Iran, Russia and Turkey.
The Bezoar goat is found in the mountains of Asia Minor and across the Middle East. It is also found on some Aegean Islands and in Crete where it is accepted that the goats constitute relic populations of very early domestic animals that were taken to the Mediterranean islands during the prehistoric period and now live as feral populations.
A "bezoar" is also a stone that is taken from the goat's stomach and is an antidote to most poisons.
